With 30 years of mothering experience under my belt, I began my journey in sleep consulting as a mother of four, with my youngest now a vibrant 21-year-old. I am a certified sleep consultant specializing in children from newborn to 6 years old, and I also bring a wealth of knowledge as a Montessori teacher, dedicated to nurturing and guiding young minds.
Though my children are now young adults, I have recently embraced the joy of becoming a grandmother to two precious newborns, born just eight weeks apart. Supporting my daughters as they establish healthy sleep routines for their little ones has rekindled my passion for assisting parents during the early stages of baby sleep.
Through this renewed journey, I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that knowledge and consistency can have on family life.
